Bella Bars Story
Nicole was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during pregnancy and found it difficult to find nutritious and delicious on-the-go low sugar, gluten-free, high protein snack options. Not wanting to sacrifice flavor for nutrition, Nicole decided to create a solution and named her bars after her daughter, Bella. These bars are designed not only for people with diabetes but everyone looking for a low sugar, high protein, gluten-free alternative that are packed with great flavor and taste!
Nicole had to learn how to produce, market and sell her amazing bars while also being a mom and wife to her family.
