We recommend ordering before 5th December for guaranteed delivery for Christmas. 

PROCESSING TIME

We are experiencing higher than normal volume and are temporarily operating on a 5 day time to process schedule. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email and from your "My Account". If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.

DUTIES & TAXES 

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will paid at the time of purchase. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team prior to having your order shipped. 

Beginning September 28th, 2021. All cancelled orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee in the event that the item(s) have been packed and prepped for pickup and delivery. This charge is necessary to cover the materials and time preparing your items for shipment.

GIFT WRAPPING & MESSAGE

Groton Valley Traders. offers signature gift wrapping at checkout which can be added to your order for $10 USD. Wrapping includes box, tissue paper, Groton Valley Traders sticker wrapped in a ribbon, personal note can also be added on a handwritten printed Groton Valley Traders. card.

If you require presents to be separately wrapped we require you to place separate orders. 

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.
