Seggiano Pasta Is Made Using Premium, High Density, 100% Tuscan Organic Durum Wheat, Grown In The Untouched Orcia Valley Of Southern Tuscany. It's Slow-Dried At A Low Temperature, For Fantastic Firm Consistency And Excellent Flavour.Our Pasta Is Bronze Drawn, Giving It A More Porous, Matte Texture That Binds Flawlessly To Sauces. Spaghetti Alla Chitarra Gets Its Name From The Guitar-Like Wooden Frame With Strings That The Pasta Is Pushed Through. Spaghetti Is A Favourite With Tomato Basil Sauce Or Alla Vongole, With Clams.

Our recycled products are shipped from locations outside the US and take ~ 6-18 days to reach you.
