Zia Hatch Chile Is Harvested Only Once A Year From Mid-August To Mid/Late October In The Hatch Valley Of New Mexico. Roasted, Peeled, Diced, And Naturally Preserved In Lime Juice, Garlic, And Salt, Our Hatch Chile Is An Incredibly Clean And Versatile Ingredient.
Please note that the price of all refrigerated and frozen items include an $8 surcharge to cover the extra packaging and cooling materials that are required for shipping.

Beginning September 28th, 2021. All cancelled orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee in the event that the item(s) have been packed and prepped for pickup and delivery. This charge is necessary to cover the materials and time preparing your items for shipment.
Our recycled products are shipped from locations outside the US and take ~ 6-18 days to reach you.
