Freshly Baked Tortillas Have A Very Short Lifespan, After Some Time They Become Dry And Tough. In Order Not To Waste Them, The Maya And Peoples Throughout Mexico Allow The Tortillas To Dry, Then Fry Them Making A Delicious, Crunchy Corn Snack. We Make Our Totopos The Same Way As You Would Find In The Markets Of Mexico. We Cut And Carefully Fry Our Fresh, Organic Corn Tortillas In Sunflower Oil And Then Dust Them With Salt And Chile Powder -- Never Made From Corn Meal Or Corn Flour.
Please note that the price of all refrigerated and frozen items include an $8 surcharge to cover the extra packaging and cooling materials that are required for shipping.
Please allow 2-10 days for delivery of non-recycled products.
Beginning September 28th, 2021. All cancelled orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee in the event that the item(s) have been packed and prepped for pickup and delivery. This charge is necessary to cover the materials and time preparing your items for shipment.
Our recycled products are shipped from locations outside the US and take ~ 6-18 days to reach you.
